I've been strumming guitar on and off for a little over 20 years now and I'm here to have fun and hang out with people who enjoy music as much as I do.
I'm more than happy to share any tips or info about my playing if you're curious. I'm still learning myself and almost everything I play is perfect for beginners!

About Me
I've been strumming guitar on and off for about 20 years.

I've been married for almost 20 years and we've raised three kids who are all almost grown now... (THAT is hard to believe!)
We have three cats and a dog that join me on stream sometimes: Mittens, Minnie, Twig, and Pepper.
​
I started streaming my practice sessions to help hold myself accountable, because the more I play, the happier I am. This is the longest streak I've kept going playing guitar and I look forward to hopefully making it forever.

I play Taylor guitars and LOVE them, but I look forward to adding more variety to our family's collection in the future.
​
I play A LOT of Taylor Swift, but I play a lot of different other artists and genres, too, and I love hearing recommendations from viewers and trying new songs.

I used to do more barre chords, riffs, licks, and finger picking, but I'd forget what I learned every time I took a break from playing guitar and have to start over. I'm having so much fun strumming I haven't gotten to that yet on this current streak, maybe it will happen...

My husband plays guitar too and he's a better player than I am. His cover of Blackbird is awesome and I hope to talk him into joining a stream a playing for y'all one day!
